How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details. Carrier scans may take several business days to appear after a label is created. Visit our Track Your Order page for more guidance.

How long does delivery take?

Orders generally require 1–5 business days for processing. Transit commonly takes approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination, customs, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

How much is shipping?

Fast shipping is .99 USD for order subtotals from .00 through .99. Free shipping applies to order subtotals of .00 USD or more for destinations available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to help before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.

What is the return window?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must meet the eligibility requirements in our Return & Refund Policy, and you must contact us before sending anything back.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the product and packaging until our customer care team provides instructions.

Which currency do you use?

The store’s base currency is U.S. dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

Are Lumeroia products medical devices?

No. Lumeroia products are consumer toys and companions, not medical devices, treatments, diagnostic tools, or substitutes for professional care. References to comfort, calm, feelings, or routines describe everyday experiences and do not guarantee an outcome.
