Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, accelerated checkout options, and other methods supported by Shopify. Availability may vary by customer location and device.

Currency

The store’s base currency is U.S. dollars (USD). If your bank or payment provider converts currency, it may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Payment Authorization

Orders are subject to authorization by the payment provider. We may request additional information, place an order on hold, or cancel an order when necessary to address suspected fraud, authorization failure, pricing error, or inconsistent account information.

Checkout Security

Checkout is provided through Shopify and supported payment processors using industry-standard security measures. Full card information is handled by authorized payment providers rather than stored directly by Lumeroia.

Charges and Receipts

The total shown during checkout includes the products, discounts, shipping, and applicable taxes presented before the order is submitted. An electronic confirmation is sent after the order is received.

Discount Codes

Unless an offer states otherwise, only one discount code may be applied to an order. Codes may have eligibility rules, expiration conditions, product exclusions, or minimum purchase requirements. Discounts cannot be added after an order is completed.

Payment Questions

If a payment fails, appears duplicated, or is not recognized, contact your payment provider and email service@Lumeroia.com with the order details. Never send complete card numbers or security codes by email.
