Return & Refund Policy

We want every Lumeroia order to arrive as expected. This policy explains how to request a return, replacement, or refund.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending any item. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Items showing misuse, modification, excessive wear, contamination, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Do not discard the item or packaging until we respond.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, personalized items, final-sale items clearly identified before purchase, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons may be excluded where permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Return Shipping

For approved returns based on preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, we will provide appropriate return instructions or another resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order. If a direct replacement is available, customer care will explain the options.
