Shipping Policy

Lumeroia ships to destinations available at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated in U.S. dollars according to the order subtotal before taxes and after discounts.

Shipping Rates

United States and Canada: Fast shipping is .99 for orders from .00 through .99. Free shipping applies to orders of .00 or more.

Other available international destinations: Fast shipping is .99 for orders from .00 through .99. Free shipping applies to orders of .00 or more.

Processing and Delivery

Orders generally require 1–5 business days for processing. Transit commonly takes approximately 2–3 weeks, although delivery may be earlier or later depending on destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, holidays, severe weather, and other events outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, details are sent after the shipment is prepared. Tracking events may take several business days to appear after a label is created.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply when a parcel is returned or redirected because of an incorrect address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs procedures imposed by the destination. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a parcel appears lost, or an item arrives damaged, email us with the order number and relevant photos. We will review the circumstances with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Split Shipments

Items in one order may ship separately and arrive at different times. Separate tracking details may be provided for each parcel.
